The ‘Yardley Foundation’ is an unincorporated not-for-profit private members association fully Constituted by International and Divine Law and as such being recognized as to exist. The ‘Constitution’ of the Yardley Foundation is a thorough encapsulation of the entire aims and objectives of the ‘Foundation’ formed under the ancient name and family of Yardley. The ‘Constitution’ is a private document not for public viewing by its being in nature and forming the basis upon which the private members of the ‘Foundation’ are guided in their lives and through carrying out the Vision, Mission and work of the ‘Foundation’ while continuing to honour and respect the ancient name and family of Yardley.

Code of Conduct and Duty of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ Members

Explained in the detailed Constitution and supported within the operational standards as defined in the Memorandum and Articles of Unincorporated Association, the ‘Yardley Foundation’ follows a simple yet strict and fair protocol in regards Codes of Conduct and Duty insofar as Members, facilitators and the general population are concerned when engaging with the work of the ‘Yardley Foundation’ via in-person as well as online events and activities.

The work of the Foundation as such shall always be in line with the Beliefs, Values, Intents, Aims, Accountabilities, Commitment, Objectives and Purposes as laid in the ‘Yardley Foundation’ Constitution which is explained in simple language.

The ‘Yardley Foundation’ Work-Streams

The ‘Yardley Foundation’, through its statement of being, ‘The Memorandum and Articles of Unincorporated Association’ and its ‘Constitution’, that detail the work of the ‘Foundation’ and how it operates and functions, carries out the Aims and Objectives through various ‘work’ streams – all of which are not limited and may change and expand with time and as needs dictate. As at 2026 these include the following ‘active’ streams:

Raising awareness about programming, indoctrination and propaganda
